John and Brandy Sullivan
"We have made many friends over the years and most of them have been our customers."
SullBark Builders is a family owned and operated business
with father and son bringing over 40+ years of experience. This father and
son team have built a reputation as one of the premier custom home builders
in the western North Carolina area, where they have been located for over 20
years. SullBark Builders holds an unlimited license in North Carolina and South
Carolina, and
through the knowledge of this great father and son team along with the staff
they have, you receive only the best quality custom home and commerical building.
John Sullivan moved to the mountains of Western North Carolina over 20 years
ago and has done his part in helping make Cashiers and the surrounding communities
a better place to live. John believes that a quality home begins with a good
foundation
and that foundations starts with their working relationship with you the potential
customer. John has been a Vice President of Jackson County Home Builders Association,
and presently holds the position as a board member of the Jackson County Chamber
of Commerce, and is a member of the
Cashiers Architectural Committee.
John says that "I have made many friends over the years and most of them have been my customers." He
hopes to gain many more friends-customers in the
years to come.
Brandy has always worked beside his father and can not remember a time when
he wasn't there learning from his dad. Brandy left the company and went to Henderson
State in Arkansas upon his completion of high school, and graduated in 1992
with
a Bachelor of Science degree in
Education. Brandy went from college into the corporate world in Houston, Texas,
and worked as a district sales manager for a large corporation. In 1995 Brandy
decided to return to his roots and came to work with his father at SullBark
Builders. Brandy brought with him knowledge, skills and
and business experience from his time in the corporate world. Since arriving
at SullBark Builders, Brandy was named "Builder
of the Year" by Jackson County
Home Builders Association for 2003, and has been a Vice-President of Jackson
County Home Builders Association for the last 4 years. Brandy also received
a Associate of Applied Science degree from Southwestern Community College and
volunteers as a Paramedic for his
community.
Both John and Brandy make this team work, and have made SullBark Builders into what it is today, and you will continue to see growth
from them because of their dedication to be the best and do the best that they can.
